How It Works
How a Property Valuation Request Is Reviewed
Each stage of the appraisal, from initial intake to final report, follows a clear and documented sequence designed for professional review.
Your submission starts with the property details and supporting documents you provide online. The file is checked for completeness before anything else happens, so the review begins from an accurate record.
Once the file is complete, the property is assessed against verified market information and the purpose you stated. The result is a concise report summarising the findings and the basis for them.
The four steps
From Submission to Report
Submit Details
Complete the online form with your contact details, property address and postcode, property type, and valuation purpose. Attach any supporting documents you hold.
Review Request
Your submission is checked for completeness and consistency. Where a detail is missing or unclear, the review team will contact you before proceeding.
Assess Property
The property is assessed against verified market data for its location and category, taking account of size, condition, and any documents you supplied.
Receive Report
You receive a concise written report summarising the verified findings, the method applied, and the purpose for which the valuation was prepared.

Documents, Data, and Assessment Criteria
Documents are handled through a secure review portal with restricted access. Market data is transmitted and recorded accurately so each figure in the report can be traced back to its source.
Each assessment considers the physical characteristics of the property where a visit is required, or the comparable evidence and records available where a desktop review is appropriate.
